Cool! The casing of the CX-12 "Jazz", constructed on the basis of the tried and tested CX-12, has a great “new look” which doesn't just have visual appeal. The new mouthpiece has been specially milled according to modern ergonomic principles so that the radius at the front is slightly smaller. This enables the player to enclose the channel openings more closely and fits perfectly to the form of the lips. The fast response and slightly higher reed offsets give a dynamic and powerful sound with plenty of drive. The new casing is also fully compatible with previous CX-12 models. With the CX-12 “Jazz”, Hohner has succeeded in creating an instrument which is the ideal link between chromatics for the traditional player and the Mellow Tone and Hard Bopper models from our popular “Toots Thielemans” series, specially designed for jazz.

The Steven Tyler Signature Series harmonica is a 'must have' for all his fans. Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, worked with Hohner to design a harmonica to his exact specifications featuring premium quality nickel coated reed plates, which are secured to a sealed wooden body for greater tone and airtightness, topped with black cover plates and embossed with a copy of his signature in silver. Seydel Big Six

Seydel have found a whole new meaning to canned music, with their Big Six harmonica in a ring pull can. The Big Six is a cut down six holed harmonica in the key of C. The Blues model has the first six holes of a Blues harp for blues playing in the second position. The Folk tuning, also in C, duplicates holes 4 to 9, starting on the octave, which is suitable for playing many traditional songs in the first position.

Bluesman Tweed Case

The Highlander, by Hohner, is one the most exciting developments to date in harmonica tunings - the bagpipe tuning! This should be an instant hit with all players interested in bagpipe music.
The harmonica is based on a re-tuned, double sided, Echo 80 in A and D, where the A side is tuned to mixolydian with a flattenned seventh.

'No more blues with dirty harmonicas' Seydel have created the first harp that is corrosion proof, which even can be cleaned in a dishwaher. The reeds are stainless steel, secured to a nickel silver reed bed, screwed to a tough white plastic comb and tpped with highly polished stainless cover plates. Harp players are demanding more from their harps in reliability of tone and toughness of build quality - the 1847 Silver ticks all boxes.

The Super Low series is a range of extra low tuned harmonicas, as the name implies. Seydel go so low, where other manufactures fear to go. I didn't think a low G was possible!
